Terms of flower delivery in Ukraine

Our company did everything so the order of a bouquet or some other gift was as easy and convenient as possible for you. Orders are accepted on our website, and also you can place your order by phone number with the Company manager. We guarantee you complete confidentiality of information concearning orders and the security of your payments.

It is possible to order delivery of flowers with sweets or fruits, or at your request the courier will get a soft toy or balloons. So your gift will become even more impressive and memorable.

Delivery of flowers is carried out from 9 am to 9 pm, within 3-4 hours from the moment of payment of the order. If you need urgent delivery, we can deliver your order faster. The possibility of rapid delivery must first be clarified and agreed with the manager. The speed depends on the traffic, the availability of the needed flowers and the load of our couriers.

If you place an order from 8 pm to 9 am it will be accepted and processed on the morning of the next business day and can be delivered no earlier than 10 to 11 am in the morning.

Delivery to the region outside the city is calculated by the manager individually according to the tariffs.
